Ped Corporation began 10 years ago when its founder Peder Schues started making flip flops out of old tires in his home. When the company started producing sneakers it expanded into a multinational corporation, with Peder creating satellite factories in other countries to keep costs low through cheap labor. The company now sources raw materials globally and manages distribution centers worldwide as a labor intensive, bulk-gaining industry.

years.
