FACILITATORS
A transdisciplinary designer and researcher, he
curates co-design processes for Social
Innovation. He is studying the concept of
workscape as the complex of emerging
collaborative practices and physical
environments for innovative work places.
He worked as an industrial designer in London,
where he completed the MA Narrative
Environments at Central Saint Martins and he is a
Phd candidate at the Second University of
Naples. Since 2014 he has been based in New
York where he is a visiting scholar at Parsons
DESIS Lab. On twitter is @antoiada_design
A service designer and social innovator with
international experience. His work focuses on
socially responsive design and innovation ranging
from products to services or experiences. He
combines elements of creativity, empathy and
strategy acting as network catalyst, design
thinker and change-maker offering design
services to organisations, local authorities and
communities.
His approach to design is holistic, playful and
people-centred. Vincenzo works at Impact Hub
Siracusa and is the founder of
commongroundpeople, an international
community of socially minded design
professionals collaborating to deliver service
innovation and user-centred experiences. On
twitter is @vdmdesign
A designer of collaborative processes and a
graphic facilitator. He has translated his interest
in design and interaction between human beings
into his profession. He graduated in Art History in
Bologna, where he currently lives, Alfredo has a
deep knowledge of serigraphy and printing
techniques, as well as of scenography and
environmental decoration, areas in which he has
materialized his passion for t-shirts and writing.
His works have been published on several books
of brand design, street art and graphic design.

where he is art director and designer.
He’s member and vice-president of The Value
Web, a no-proﬁt organization made of an
international facilitators and designers network,
which helps big and medium organisations all
over the world in their processes of research for
systemic and complex problems solutions.

IDEAS


THE HAPPINESS PATENT
The happiness license provides
workers with one week of cultural
contamination in other companies or
in other activities related to their
professional area. Employers adopt
this policy guidance to provide
workers with the tools to understand
the value of their work and make
informed choices with respect to the
tasks of daily and strategic decisions.


WORKERS’ GYM
It is a co-working model that promotes
tools and skills sharing among co -
workers.

In this co-working concept economic
value is bartered with cultural and social
value. Each year, the community chose
a theme and develop projects to
‘exercise’ inclusive skills and expertise.
In this model Design for All and co-
working are the prevailing practices of
the future for work.


THE EXPERIENCE WORKER
The experience worker is a professional
who provides his own ﬁrst hand
experience through new methods of
virtual communication. By introducing
new technological devices in the design
of experiences, the future worker may
propose this new profession based on
the exploration and sharing of places
and actions in real time. The clients of
the experience worker are enabled to
experience local aspects and feelings
even in remote situations.


LINK SHOP
The shop creates opportunities for inter
generational collaborations: senior
citizens can oﬀer their experience and
feeling an important resource for the
society. Young generation can learn old
crafts, giving value to the human and
historical implication of professions. The
Link Shop proposes a meeting place
aimed at commercial exchanges with
positive impact on community relations.


GLOCAL IDENTITY
Glocal identity is a local skills
exchange network. It allows one to
ﬁnd other proactive citizens in their
city or region and exchange
support tasks of daily or
professional life. Through the geo
localization of people and skills the
network also map the knowledge
and resources characteristics of
an area.


THE CO-WORKING WAGON
In a world where the work speed work, the
exchange of personal experiences and the
share of knowledge is increasingly
important; the time availability is a key
resource.

The co-working wagon offers a service of
mobility environment – a co-working
space offered by railway companies
equipped for making the work experience
more stimulating and more efficient for
traveller workers.


_The future of work is purpose driven and seeks
happiness, instead of being proﬁt driven and seek
growth.

_The future of work is collaborative and require new
spaces, speciﬁcally designed for each socio-
cultural context.

_The future worker will craft artefacts and
knowledge complementary, through compact
enabling technologies.

_The future worker treats skills, time, sociality and
conviviality as assets to barter or share them.
