3. TCO - Quality Management - Embedding Quality Across the Supply Chain.
Markets and manufacturing have evolved as the
pace of globalisation has increased; as companies
pursue broader supply chains the ability to
manage quality risks has become more
challenging. Increases in regulation and higher
customer expectations have increased the
scrutiny on quality and accountability within the
supply chain. Embedding a culture of quality &
resilience is the number one challenge for any

adopt a holistic approach to flowing quality
throughout its supply chains.

Flatfield adopt a quality specification for its
Printed Circuit Board Manufacture that for
some criteria exceed the standards set by IPC.

Flatfield have a rolling process of supplier and
key process audits by our China based supply
management team
Control and Monitor
Our on site factory inspectors conduct rigorous
part number by part number quality checking
to ensure compliance with our defined
standards.
Close Loop
Our cloud based supplier quality
management system allows us to monitor
and share specific quality data with our
internal and external supply chains.

Flatfield are an ISO14001 Accredited business.
ISO14001 is a minimum criteria for an approved Flatfield
manufacturing facility.
Flatfield have monthly & quarterly compliance controls in place
with all its manufacturing sites.
Flatfield has dedicated quality waste reduction programs
including process optimisation, efficiency improvement .
