17. MILLS FLEET FARM - Very typical 3D sign printing we do for retail stores. These
Fleet Farm signs were printed 2 sided on black 6mm PVC to keep black edge continuity
with black border of graphic. Signs were color critical. Orange was achieved by printing on
our widest color gamut UV press, which also uses a very rich white ink that gets laid down
first to cover black PVC. Logos were printed separately and jigs used to apply to signs for
perfect registration. Multiple versions produced for all “new stores” roll outs.

we produced a dimensional shadow box and header graphics, applied directly
to the book case. 3D lug off caribou were printed on 3/16” white styrene.
Acrylic shelf strip holders were fabricated to hold printed strips with
coffee descriptions. Window clings accompanied the sign kit, printing white only
on 8mil optically clear cling material. Photo wall fixture is clear coated rough
metal, designed to be modular with changeable, photographic prints mounted
to styrene. These graphics were kitted and distributed to over 300 stores.
