CONCEPT DESIGN & ENGINEERING
ARMANI EXCHANGE - A last hour request from Armani Exchange after being
referred to us by another retail client. A|E was struggling to find a vendor to produce
their holiday windows. The project required invisible, floating frames with hex mesh
(chicken wire) to hold various colors of rolled paper forming creative patterns
and shapes. We produced multiple sizes up to 6’x6’, rolling out to 214 stores.
Job was planned, produced and delivered in less than 30 days.

WILSONS - Monthly kits for Wilsons are made up of dozens of versions,
across a multiple of different substrates. Color correcting and PMS color matching
to each substrate requires sophisticated systems and a very dedicated color team.
As always, our project management team doesn’t get weary of the details of a
complicated distribution that has to happen in a very short amount of time.

• PETG gels
Kitting Distribution
• 180 stores/80+ parts per kit

• Custom distro per store
DIGITAL PRINT DISTRIBUTION
MILLS FLEET FARM - Very typical 3D sign printing we do for retail stores. These
Fleet Farm signs were printed 2 sided on black 6mm PVC to keep black edge continuity
with black border of graphic. Signs were color critical. Orange was achieved by printing on
our widest color gamut UV press, which also uses a very rich white ink that gets laid down
first to cover black PVC. Logos were printed separately and jigs used to apply to signs for
perfect registration. Multiple versions produced for all “new stores” roll outs.
Printing

Finishing
• Custom jig for lug-ons
• Hand assembly
PRINT IN-STORE SIGNAGE
CARIBOU COFFEE - For the re-cladding of this existing book shelf merchandiser,
we produced a dimensional shadow box and header graphics, applied directly
to the book case. 3D lug off caribou were printed on 3/16” white styrene.
Acrylic shelf strip holders were fabricated to hold printed strips with
coffee descriptions. Window clings accompanied the sign kit, printing white only
on 8mil optically clear cling material. Photo wall fixture is clear coated rough
metal, designed to be modular with changeable, photographic prints mounted
to styrene. These graphics were kitted and distributed to over 300 stores.
