9. Clarifiers are settling tanks built with
mechanical means for continuous removal of solids
being deposited by sedimentation. A clarifier is
generally used to remove solid particulates or
suspended solids from liquid for clarification and
(or) thickening. Concentrated impurities,
discharged from the bottom of the tank are known
as sludge, while the particles that float to the
surface of the liquid are called scum.

10. Water Softener
Water softening is the removal of calcium,
magnesium, and certain other metal cations in
hard water. The resulting soft water is more
compatible with soap and extends the lifetime of
plumbing. Water softening is usually achieved
using lime softening or ion-exchange resins.
What we do
11. Ultrafiltration (UF)
Ultrafiltration(UF) technology uses a
membrane barrier to exclude particles as small as 0.03
microns, including bacteria, viruses and colloids.
Advantages of UF compared to conventional treatment
such as clarifiers and media filters, are its high
tolerance to feed water quality upsets, absolute barrier
and improved water quality
What we do
12. Membrane Bioreactor (MBR)
Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is the
combination of a membrane process like
microfiltration or ultrafiltration with a suspended
growth bioreactor, and is now widely used for
municipal and industrial wastewater treatment
Membrane bioreactor (MBR) offers
several operational and economic advantages
compared to conventional wastewater treatment
plants. MBR systems eliminate the need for
secondary clarifiers and tertiary treatment. This
allows for increased performance with a smaller
footprint.
What we do
13. Reverse Osmosis (RO)
What we do
Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purification
technology that uses a semipermeable membrane to
remove ions, molecules, and larger particles from drinking
water. In reverse osmosis, an applied pressure is used to
overcome osmotic pressure, a colligative property, that is
driven by chemical potential differences of the solvent, a
thermodynamic parameter. Reverse osmosis can remove
many types of dissolved and suspended species from
water, including bacteria, and is used in both industrial
processes and the production of potable water.
14. Deionized and Demineralized
What we do
Deionization is process utilizing special-
manufactured ion exchange resins which remove
ionised salts from water. Can theoretically remove
100 % of salts. Deionization typically does not
remove organics, virus or bacteria except through
“accidental” trapping in the resin and specially
made strong base anion resins which will remove
gram-negative bacteria. Another possible process to
create deionized water is electrodeionization.
Demineralization is any process used to
remove minerals from water, however, commonly the
term is restricted to ion exchange processes.
15. Fabrication
What we do
Fabrication is the building of metal structures by
cutting, bending, and assembling processes. It is a value
added process that involves the construction of machines
and structures from various raw materials. A fab shop will
bid on a job, usually based on the engineering drawings,
and if awarded the contract will build the product.
