RECRUITMENT & SELECTION
PROCESS
• This process has multiple rounds.
• The process involves the following steps:
• Written Test
• Technical Interview
• HR interview
• Selection of right candidate is more important.
PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL
• Performance appraisal takes place twice a year.
• Hikes will be provided based on your performance.
• Employee performance is calculated and he or she will
be given the respective appraisal.
• The employee is observed not only the work he does but
also the way he is in the organization.
