- Take That was formed in 1990 by manager Nigel Martin-Smith and originally consisted of Gary Barlow, Howard Donald, Jason Orange, Mark Owen, and Robbie Williams. They achieved great success in the UK and Europe in the early 1990s.
- Robbie Williams left the band in 1995 which led to their breakup in 1996. However, they reunited without Williams in 2005 and went on a successful reunion tour in 2006. Their comeback album Beautiful World was a number one hit in the UK.
