Sergio Tiberi took away three key learnings from applying design thinking: seeing reality clearly, being more creative through generating 50 ideas for solutions, and defining problems before attempting to solve them. Sergio plans to apply design thinking in his office to help clients, in a new entrepreneurial project to create an organization, and in his personal life as a tool to creatively address problems and learn from his experiences.
