Tshepo Rodney Mangena's curriculum vitae provides personal details such as his name, date of birth, contact information, education history, and work experience. He obtained his matric in 2010 from Vector College and a diploma in fleet management from Lyceum College in 2014. His work experience includes positions as a part time crew member at MacDonald's Restaurant from 2012 to 2014 and currently as a stores assistant at Kemtek Imaging Systems since 2015. He has competencies including the ability to work under pressure, as part of a team, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
This document discusses using card games to help teams identify strengths, limitations, diversity, and team style. It notes that teams focusing on strengths are 12.5% more productive and diverse strengths make teams up to three times more likely to succeed. The card games help teams have conversations around these topics. An example strengths map for a StrongSuits team is also provided.

As part of the closing of the two day conference, a climate cafeteria workshop was organized. Pekka Huovila from PTT Finland and Christoph Maria Ravesloot from Rotterdam University of Applied Science explained several perspectives on innovation and magement of sustainable procurement. The results will be used as validation in a scientific paper.
Presentation at the IGRA congres Hamburg May 14th 2013 about first research results on Green Roof Specifications and Uniform methods for calculations and measuring at Rotterdam University of Applied Science
This document analyzes the costs and benefits of applying photocatalytic technology using titanium dioxide paint and UV LED lighting in the Maastunnel in Rotterdam. The Maastunnel has high concentrations of NOx and particulate matter. The analysis finds that coating the tunnel walls and ventilation tubes with photocatalytic paint and using UV LED lights could reduce NOx levels by 20-50% and be economically feasible. It could save over €90,000 per year in reduced maintenance costs while providing cleaner air. The investment costs of around €15 million may be justified given the estimated savings and health benefits over 50 years for Rotterdam's citizens.
Dutch presentation about results of the conference vanKopenhagentotmeterkast.nl on the Uneto-VNI themadag "Duurzaamheid en Energiebesparing".
The document discusses two concepts for sustainable housing design: the exergy concept and the passive house concept. It describes student design projects for living machines and exergy houses, and argues that the exergy concept, which uses principles of energy efficiency, renewable energy production, and efficient fossil fuel use, enables greater innovation in house design compared to the passive house concept. Organizing collaboration between different stakeholders is highlighted as important for successful innovation.

8. Systems Engineering hangt af van samenwerking
• Samenwerken aan zelfde doel
• Taken verdelen, coördineren en beheren
• Informatie en communicatie
• Omgaan met zekerheid en onzekerheid
• Systeem ‘denken’ en element ‘doen’
• Semi autonoom werken
• Onderkennen korte/lange termijn gedrag
• Belastingen en belastingopname
• Gedrag systeem in waarde en kosten
• Risico en mutatiemanagement
• Organisatie (structuur en cultuur) 8
