❖ Cost per Property
➢ Sidewalk Landscape Permit ( $205.00) & FUF Fee ($300-$500 sliding scale) =
$505 per property
➢ Basin Expansion: $100.00
➢ New Tree: $135.00
➢ Possible additional cost if total project
exceeds 1,000 SF
❖ FUF has funding to cover over $1,500
worth of materials and labor per property!
➢ FUF project supervision & management
➢ Sidewalk Landscape Permit approval
➢ Sidewalk garden installation
➢ Concrete removal
➢ Pavers & courtesy strip installation

Maintaining Your
Sidewalk Garden
• Maintenance is the responsibility of
property owner
• Gardens must be maintained as it
shown on SWL Permit
• Water at least twice/week until
plants are established
• Water once/week during dry periods
• Weed, removal trash & prune plants
regularly
