2. What‘s new? What has changed?
… are common questions people ask, when a new version of a SKOS
vocabulary is published. Up to now, no best practices has evolved to
publish and formally exploit SKOS changes.
Use cases where such information is essential are plenty:
• human indexers wanting to learn about new and deprecated terms
• people maintaining mappings to other vocabularies, and applications
supporting them
• (automatic) indexing and search applications
