Aim
• To study the performance analysis of
– NRZ line coding
– RZ line coding
• To observe and note down the line coded output
• Tabulate the Q-factor, BER, for various input wavelengths
• Save the eye diagram for each output obtained
NRZ line coding
SMF length = 120 km, dispersion parameter = 16 ps/nm/km
DCF length = 24 km, dispersion parameter = -80 ps/nm/km
