重要なポイント
6アジア諸国において、何らかのソーシャルメディアを利用しているユーザーの
約半数は、ソーシャルメディア上で積極的にコンテンツをシェアしています。
しかし、その状況は国によって大きく異なっており、香港や中国本土の人は、と
ても積極的に「シェア」していますが、日本や韓国のソーシャルメディアユー
ザーはそうではありません。

「誰よりもいち早く情報を提供すること」と「自分の気分がよくなること」が、
いつもコンテンツをシェアする人の2大理由です。

興味深いインサイト
アジアのソーシャルメディアユーザーは、有意義で信頼できる情報の投稿に価
値を見出し、攻撃的な投稿を嫌っています。
各国の大多数と中国の半数は、ソーシャルメディア上の広告は、多すぎると
言っています。しかし、日本を除く国では、大多数のユーザーは広告の質は良
いと言っています。
最高のコンテンツを生み出している企業を聞くと、テクノロジー企業の名が最
もあげられました。消費材メーカーは、ほとんど話題に上がりませんでした。
テクノロジー企業の多くは、自らコンテンツを発信しているのではなく、プ
ラットフォームなどの提供で、コンテンツを集める「情報センター」となって
います。つまり、魅力的なコンテンツの主な情報源は特定の企業に限定される
のではなく、そのかわりに、彼らテクノロジー企業が情報を見つけることので
きる場を提供しています。
