The Oxford Twestival is a local event that brings together Oxfam, a charity founded in Oxford, with local artists and Twitter users. The Oxford Twestival aims to raise £1,000 to support Oxfam's water and sanitation project in Mali, which aims to improve access to clean water and sanitation facilities for 45,000 people. The Oxford Twestival event will take place on September 13, 2009 at the Cape of Good Hope in Oxford.
