Με αφορμή τα παραπάνω προκλήθηκε το ενδιαφέρον των παιδιών, με αποτέλεσμα να ασχοληθούμε με το συγκεκριμένο σχέδιο εργασίας. Ξεκινήσαμε από τον σπόρο του σιταριού, γνωρίσαμε την διαδικασία της σποράς, τον τρόπο που αναπτύσσεται το σιτάρι, μάθαμε τη διαδικασία του θερισμού και του αλωνίσματος. Ασχοληθήκαμε με το άλεσμα και τα είδη των μύλων και φτάσαμε στο ζύμωμα και στον τρόπο παραγωγής του ψωμιού.
