3. A New Sunnydale Setbacks will be generous along Sunnydale Avenue, allowing for much landscape, bike & walking paths, stoop entries, and views uphill toward McLaren Park.

4. A New Sunnydale Several open park areas such as this one will be included in the plan, giving the neighborhood residents walking access from one part of the project to another—or just a place to watch the kids play.

5. A New Sunnydale A spectacular view of San Francisco Bay will be possible from this vantage point at the new Community Center located at the top of the site near McLaren Park.
