What is a Subdivision                  Organization
Regulation ?

Subdivision Regulation specifically
targets undeveloped parts of the
city limits.

Subdivision Regulation are the
rules set up for those who wish
to develop, divide into smaller
lots (plats) called parcels, or sell
portions of their land.
