Sahil Sharma presented on his co-op experience with the Driveline Systems Warranty Engineering group. He gained experience testing mechanical driveline components like transfer cases and axles, as well as electrical components like motors and control modules. Sahil designed an Access database and optimized the group's SharePoint site to improve warranty tracking. A highlight was analyzing transfer case build data to identify the root cause of a clutch burn issue. Overall, Sahil developed skills in mechanical systems, electrical testing, data analysis, and workflow optimization that aligned with Magna's core values of respect, customer focus, and performance.

Strong hold team has designed and manufactured a 90 cm long robotic arm in spring 2017. It is part of the mechatronics course project that required design, analyse, manufacture and control a 6 degrees of freedom robotic arm that is capable of picking and placing stationary and moving objects. The arm is equipped with a 3D camera for the vision and was able to mimic the human arm motion successfully.

6 DOF Robotic Arm - Mechatronics Course Project
Strong hold team has designed and manufactured a 90 cm long robotic arm in spring 2017. It is part of the mechatronics course project that required design, analyse, manufacture and control a 6 degrees of freedom robotic arm that is capable of picking and placing stationary and moving objects. The arm is equipped with a 3D camera for the vision and was able to mimic the human arm motion successfully.
I was leading the mechanical team and involved in the design and assembling the robot parts.
