The group emailed the studio technician to book their chosen date for filming, and were told to add their names to the booking sheet. They reserved the studio for October 23rd. However, the technician later said he was unavailable, so the group emailed their tutor asking if he could attend instead. The tutor responded that he could make the first part of the session.

2. To make sure that we are able to have access to one of our chosen locations, we
have emailed the technician who is in charge of the equipment and the booking
of the studio. We asked for the access of the studio ASAP, so if our chosen date
isn’t available we can choose an alternative date. Craig, the technician, replied to
our email suggesting that we put our name on the booking sheet which is outside
of the editing room. To make sure we get the studio, we have put our names on
the sheet for a reservation of the studio on the 23rd October. After we had put our
names on the booking sheet, Craig emailed us back telling us that he wouldn’t be
available to attend the first part of the filming session. Due to this we emailed
our class tutor asking if he would be able to make our first part of the session. If
this isn’t possible we might have to reschedule to a later date to do the studio
filming. Neil emailed us back telling us that he would be able to attend the first
part of the session.
