2. BRANCH HIGHLIGHTS:
o IEEE branch of our college was inactive for the last few
years.Even then,with the encouragement and the keen
interest of our seniors who passed out this year,we are
trying to rejuvinate our SB.

3. MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS
o With regards to the past and present activities,the
encouraging strategy of our senior students and
respected faculties of our college itself is the major
achievement.
o Our new SB members gained a lot from the IEEE
awareness classes,F2F,techfests concerned with IEEE
activities.We hope that we would surely achieve far
more heights in the nearby future through IEEE.

4. PAST ACTIVITIES
o IEEE AWARENESS PROGRAM AND F2F:A team from
ieee SB's from CEC and RIT had conducted an
awareness program. Our ieee members also
participated in face to face ‘ANVAYAM’ conducted on
March 13th in RIT ,Kottayam
o ELECTRONICS CAREER EXPO: CEK SB got an
opportunity to visit the Electronics Career expo in
Viswajyothi College of Engineering and
technology,Muvatupuzha on 27th March which was
organised by the Electronics Departement in association
with their department technical fest "TRANCHANT“.After
attending expo, SB members went to holy trip to
Malayattur(To see the St.Thomas footsteps).

5. FUTURE ACTIVITIES
o Our SB is planning to arrange awareness classes
regarding IEEE membership and its activities for the
freshers of upcoming academic year to fullfill the needs
of the students to nurture their talents
o SB members are also planning to provide workshops or
labs,computer programming classes for students to
have a good knowledge regarding their studies.
o We are planning to bring out spectrum talks and
discussions regarding future technology and
developments.
o Our IEEE branch is also trying to put some beneficial
classes to encourage students in their project works and
to submit them in techfests and symposiums to be held
in our college as well as other colleges.
