This document describes SARP, a desktop application software developed for daily student and staff attendance in institutes. SARP allows administrators and users to enter and access attendance information, generate reports, and monitor attendance. It was developed to computerize the traditional paper-based attendance system and automatically generate reports. The document outlines the group members, features, system requirements, data flow diagrams, user types, sample entries, advantages, and references used in developing SARP.
