• Reading Instructions:
1. The shape Start indicates the beginning of the process.
2. Each Function is responsible of executing the processes, predefined
processes and decisions listed inside their rectangular box in the process
map.
3. Some Functions may share responsibility for certain activities, in this case
they will be drawn between the Functions sharing the responsibility.
4. All flows finish with End shape.
5. The yellow color code means that the shape is linked to another process map
or document, except for End shape.
6. Red color illustrates time periods.
