6. Partner Offering Stockflare offers a free module and
2 paying modules to its partners
via DriveWealth LLC.
Partners have the flexibility to
choose any of these 3 modules or
decide on a combination:
1. Data module: basic data on any
stock in the world, available for
free.
2. Portfolio module: a brokerage-
connect service with portfolio
analytics, allowing users to
transact directly within Stockflare.
3. Alerts module: notifications, alerts
and advice on both the clients
existing stocks and potential new
investments.

7. Pricing
The primary goals of Stockflare is to have the best offering that will drive
user growth and retention.
We recommend our “data module” is provided to our shared clients for free,
as a way to educate clients, build their confidence and improve how they
invest.
We recommend an end-user fee of $10 (RMB 66) a month for each of the
“portfolio” and “alerts modules”, with a discount for bundling.
Stockflare does not wish to receive any compensation from brokerage
commissions, as it would undermine the impartiality and independence of
our service.
