1. Timetable of events:
• At the present time is difficult to give a precise timetable of events as the
legislation has change dramatically is Spain, particularly in Andalucia
(Malaga & Monda).
• First of all it need to be decided who is going to keep which part of the land,
and that information must come from Darren and Ahmad Faruk Sameen
Alam, considering that Simon Wright and Danny J. Hazeldine has nothing to
do with what is about to be done.
• The previous Email send was with the Topographer level of curves, is and
indicator to see the land and them been able to take that decision, (bear in
mind that there is an important part of the land protected by a Natural Park)
2. A system needs to be in place whereby they have regular weekly updates.
• The best system is by sending a weekly report by Email to Giles.
3. Any face to face meetings ……………….
• They will not be necessary until the segregation is done and Darren and
the rest of the shareholders have to come to sign the new deeds at the
Notary.
• They will be a warning at least a month in advance.
4. Whilst you have highlighted matters to attend to, etc, I have been asked if
you can put the plan of attack into more detail.
• First it would be good if the money own to Javier Gross (Accountant),
Maria Jose Marin (Lawyer), Antonio Escamilla (Topographer) and
myself (Project Manager), get clear-paid-, so we all can star again. Please
find fees attach.
• Also clear the deeds with the Tax office and the Social Security office.

a) Establish the latest situation regarding the planning permission and future
expectations regarding it.
• The PGOU of Monda still has not been completed; therefore it has not
been presented in Sevilla (Junta de Andalucia) jet. So we really don’t
know the situation regarding planning permission, I have try to speak to
Teresa (Lawyer of the Town Hale) several times with no luck jet.
b) Update of regulatory information, ie, accounts filed, annual returns, along
with any other statutory documents for Lonesome Star SL
• There are not account files since 2007.
• Annual returns? On which base?

c) Detailed confirmation of the stages necessary to split up the site at Monda
so that each individual investor owns their portion of land
• The land can be split in a minimum of 25.000 m2, 50.000 m2 and so
on….this job is call “segregation”:
a) To do this is needed to prepare a project of segregation by an architect which
clear of the boundaries that are about to be split.
b) Ask the town hale for the licence to segregate.
c) Sign a new deed at the Notary with the Licence and a clear map signs.
d) Register the deed.
e) Enquire for the registration of the IBI on the new plots segregated at the land
registrar office.

  • 1. STATUS REPORT SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER-NOVEMBER 2010 Created by Salvador Cabrera 1. Timetable of events: • At the present time is difficult to give a precise timetable of events as the legislation has change dramatically is Spain, particularly in Andalucia (Malaga & Monda). • First of all it need to be decided who is going to keep which part of the land, and that information must come from Darren and Ahmad Faruk Sameen Alam, considering that Simon Wright and Danny J. Hazeldine has nothing to do with what is about to be done. • The previous Email send was with the Topographer level of curves, is and indicator to see the land and them been able to take that decision, (bear in mind that there is an important part of the land protected by a Natural Park) 2. A system needs to be in place whereby they have regular weekly updates. • The best system is by sending a weekly report by Email to Giles. 3. Any face to face meetings ………………. • They will not be necessary until the segregation is done and Darren and the rest of the shareholders have to come to sign the new deeds at the Notary. • They will be a warning at least a month in advance. 4. Whilst you have highlighted matters to attend to, etc, I have been asked if you can put the plan of attack into more detail. • First it would be good if the money own to Javier Gross (Accountant), Maria Jose Marin (Lawyer), Antonio Escamilla (Topographer) and myself (Project Manager), get clear-paid-, so we all can star again. Please find attach a copy of the documents a) Establish the latest situation regarding the planning permission and future expectations regarding it. • The PGOU of Monda still has not been completed; therefore it has not been presented in Sevilla (Junta de Andalucia) jet. So we really don’t know the situation regarding planning permission, I have try to speak to Teresa (Lawyer of the Town Hale) several times with no luck jet. b) Update of regulatory information, ie, accounts filed, annual returns, along with any other statutory documents for Lonesome Star SL • There are not account files since 2007. • Annual returns? STATUS REPORT SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER-NOVEMBER 2010 Created by Salvador Cabrera c) Detailed confirmation of the stages necessary to split up the site at Monda so that each individual investor owns their portion of land • The land can be split in a minimum of 25.000 m2, 50.000 m2 and so on….this job is call “segregation”: a) To do this is needed to prepare a project of segregation by an architect which clear of the boundaries that are about to be split. b) Ask the town hale for the licence to segregate. c) Sign a new deed at the Notary with the Licence and a clear map signs. d) Register the deed. e) Enquire for the registration of the IBI on the new plots segregated at the land registrar office.
