1. Timetable of events:
• At the present time is difficult to give a precise timetable of events as the
legislation has change dramatically is Spain, particularly in Andalucia
(Malaga & Monda).
• First of all it need to be decided who is going to keep which part of the land,

Alam, considering that Simon Wright and Danny J. Hazeldine has nothing to
do with what is about to be done.

indicator to see the land and them been able to take that decision, (bear in
mind that there is an important part of the land protected by a Natural Park)
2. A system needs to be in place whereby they have regular weekly updates.

the rest of the shareholders have to come to sign the new deeds at the
Notary.

with any other statutory documents for Lonesome Star SL

c) Detailed confirmation of the stages necessary to split up the site at Monda
so that each individual investor owns their portion of land
• The land can be split in a minimum of 25.000 m2, 50.000 m2 and so
on….this job is call “segregation”:
a) To do this is needed to prepare a project of segregation by an architect which
clear of the boundaries that are about to be split.
b) Ask the town hale for the licence to segregate.
c) Sign a new deed at the Notary with the Licence and a clear map signs.
d) Register the deed.
e) Enquire for the registration of the IBI on the new plots segregated at the land
registrar office.
