This document analyzes budget and population data for various wards in the State of Bombay. It shows that Ward B had the highest average expenditure per person at Rs. 7,375.18, while Ward R/S had the lowest at Rs. 2,445.84. Ward C had the highest population density at 114,001 people per square kilometer. The average population per ward was 5,32,833 people, with Ward R/S having the highest at 8,29,000 people and Ward B the lowest at 1,40,000 people. Some wards saw large increases in both budget and population from 2001-2011.
