This document presents the Startup Founder Canvas, a tool for startup founders to define their values, vision, strategy, organization, motivations, missions, skills, means, needs, commitments, purpose, and key success criteria. The canvas includes sections for both an individual founder's perspective as well as a collective team perspective. It is meant to complement the Business Model Canvas and help founders develop a holistic understanding of their motivations and goals beyond financial metrics.
