  • 11. Tip #3: Be A Detective × Expect gaps and surprises - if they had it all figured out already, you wouldn’t be there × Find out where the data and docs live × Observe customer-facing processes (sales, support, etc.) × Document what you learn and validate it with your stakeholders
  • 12. Tip #4: RecruitYourTeam •You usually can’t pick your PM team or your scrum team •You can often pick your cross-functional team Remember when you spent all that time meeting people?
