This document summarizes an interview with a young Colombian woman who recently finished school and has been working for two months. She feels that her job does not allow her to fully utilize her skills and does not give her enough free time to continue studying. She would prefer to start her own business where she could be more productive and motivated. She enjoys reading about business and would like to create opportunities that benefit society.

aspirations and be entrepreneur, her looking was up
and her eyes was bright
• For her is very important what others thinks about her
• She consider that her school studies most be useful to
works by herself, creating a business for example

• She thinks that create business is a solution to
economical issues in the country

stablish what makes her be motivate and joy to
focus on do what really likes her

9. She is a recent school graduate that is working
for a coffee company that in her opinion is not
having the enough approach of her talent. She
likes teaching and she wants to continue study,
but her job doesn’t let her time to do it.
She should become an entrepreneur and
develop her own company.
