Rob and Patricia Williams worked with Campus Crusade for Christ from 1996 to 2008, teaching global staff how to use the web effectively for ministry. They traveled extensively, training staff in Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, Asia, Oceania, Canada, and the United States. Through their work designing and leading online communities, over 1000 staff members around the world were connected. They are grateful for what they were able to accomplish through their partnership with Jesus Christ.

Kirsten's International Adventures
This document outlines the author's international experiences from 1992 to present day. It begins with their time as a deckhand for pirates in the Caribbean and Venezuela from ages 10 to 12. SDI aims to empower migrant workers in Singapore through education programs that teach English communication skills and IT literacy. It has reached over 120,000 migrant workers to date through various initiatives like training classes and social outreach events. SDI seeks to expand its efforts and reach 100,000 more migrant workers by developing an app-based learning platform and organizing inclusive social activities to build connections between migrant workers and Singaporeans.
Coming Together Across Cultures: Intentional Relationship Building
Friends for Youth held a webinar on building relationships across cultures through mentoring. The webinar highlighted activities from an in-person training on creating foundations for self-awareness and connecting with others. Presenters discussed dimensions of diversity and perspectives on matching mentors and mentees based on factors like race, gender, language and interests. Resources were provided on cultural competence, including research on the advantages of same-race and cross-race matching in mentoring. The webinar aimed to contribute to ongoing discussions around the intersection of culture and youth mentoring.

Effective leaders get to know those they lead, listen to their perspectives, and provide as well as receive feedback to strengthen relationships and influence in a way that helps people grow personally and professionally.
The Heart of the Leader
