This document defines JavaScript variables and functions for displaying advertisements on web pages. It sets variables for the ad URL, pop-up properties, and passback data. Functions are defined to detect browser capabilities, read/write cookies, and determine if a pop-up ad can be displayed based on frequency caps. The ad script tag is inserted into the page using document.write based on the pop-up rules or always if no frequency is set.
