PURPOSE
JanuaryJanuary7,2016willbethe100thbirthanniversaryofchessgrandmasterPaulKereswhowaselected
theEstonianSportsmanofthe20thCentury.Thecompetitioncelebratesthebirthanniversaryofone
ofthegreatestchessplayersofalltime.PaulKereswasmemberofESAKalevandalwaysrepresented
sportsclubinallhismatches.ESAKalevistheoldestandbiggestsportsorganizationinEstonia,which
wasfoundedin1901.ESAKalevasmainorganizeriskeepingthememoryofPaulKeresalivethrough
thistournament.ThecompetitionbelongstotheACP2016Tour.
