This document discusses the PDCA cycle and how it relates to the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy. The PDCA cycle is an iterative four-step management method used for continuous improvement: Plan - implement a change, Do - carry out the change, Check - review how the change was implemented, Act - make adjustments if needed. Applying the PDCA cycle supports achieving sufficiency within the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy by planning context, inputs, processes, and outputs and continuously improving.
