This story is about an ant who works hard every day without supervision. A lion in charge notices her productivity and hires a cockroach supervisor who implements extensive paperwork and meetings. This decreases the ant's productivity and makes her unhappy. More managers are hired, increasing bureaucracy, until an owl consultant determines the department is overstaffed and the ant is fired for a negative attitude.

2. Every day, a small ant arrives at work very early and
starts work immediately.
每天，小螞蟻很早來上工，並且一來就開始做事。

the ant was working
without supervision.
身為老闆的獅子，非常驚奇

cockroach
who had extensive
experience as supervisor
and who was famous for
writing excellent reports.
因此他招募了有豐富經驗的

charges for running
the ant’s department ,
the lion found out that
the production was
much less than
before.

consultant to carry
out an audit and
suggest solutions.
