Mechanical Manufacturing SRO Group’smechanical division offers laser cutting services; an advanced, computer controlled manufacturing process that provides precision and repeatability at a distinct cost advantage. Cutting can be applied to a wide range of materials with minimal impact on the material structure. Eliminating the need to ‘tool up’, short lead times and short production runs become a viable option with laser cutting. SRO also offers CNC bending and forming press brakes to simplify programming, eliminating trial bending and providing accurate, repeatable results. Our CNC press brake equipment is the perfect compliment to our advanced laser cutting technology, and allows us to provide full service solutions where state-of-the-art manufacturing methods are required. Laser Cutting Bending and Folding Our mechanical division also offers professional abrasive blasting and industrial spray painting services for our extensive range of products - perfectly complimenting our product-base and allowing us to successfully complete projects completely in-house, controlling cost, quality and delivery. Where high volume welding of components or parts is required, hi-tech welding equipment and radial drilling can provide the solution you need. Precision welding, along with our automated laser cutting and press brake technology, allows us to produce large quantities of identical parts, with the added bonus of fast turnaround and repeatability.
