Supporting Strategies provides shared cloud access to QuickBooks files and documents for clients and their designated representatives. Clients and representatives can log in to access accounting information and company documents. Supporting Strategies associates have access to process all accounting documents and manage the client's accounting needs through a virtual workflow. All client documents are mailed or emailed to Supporting Strategies weekly where they are scanned into the system for processing by associates, including paying bills, invoicing customers, and reporting.

accounting support needs – efficiently allowing us to pay your bills, invoice your customers, and

Every week, all back-office documents such as bills,
invoices, and receipts are put into pre-paid, pre-
addressed mailers or emailed to Supporting Strategies.
Upon receipt, they’re scanned into our system.
