The new paradigm combining crm and erp to accelerate visibility and revenueSociusPartner
The document discusses how the business landscape has shifted from an age of manufacturing to distribution to the current age of information. It notes key statistics about social media and mobile usage and how customer experience leaders significantly outperform laggards in stock performance. Existing systems like CRM were not designed for this new social/mobile world and lack capabilities for collaboration and insights. A modern experience is needed to help companies sell effectively and drive adoption through an outcome-focused user experience.
Rethinking Enterprise UX in the Age of ConsumerizationY Media Labs
The line between personal and professional spheres is blurring; vital business processes can now be handled from smartphones, and workers expect applications to be as intuitive and easy to use as the ones they enjoy outside the office. At the same time, the gap between expectations for business applications and the reality presents an intriguing opportunity for developers. By implementing a mobile-first strategy, enterprises can increase employee satisfaction as well as productivity, all while staying ahead of emerging technology.
In our experience working with Fortune 500 brands, we have seen the importance of considering how the customer wants to feel when using a product, not just the features they want included. Users want apps that feel sexy, but this is achieved by providing an effortless experience that evokes a feeling of skill and aptitude in use.
As well, these apps must be capable of handling critical processes without missing a beat, integrating real time data and on the go capabilities with ease. To achieve the best of both worlds, we follow a user-lead approach, thinking first about how the end-user will interact with an application to preserve engagement and productivity.
Based on our experience working with enterprise clients, we guided session participants through the process of creating effective, intuitive and functional enterprise apps that are seamless and delightful to use. This will include integrating a user-led approach, planning for emerging technology such as wearables, and leading the way to a mobile-first strategy in the enterprise.
This document summarizes the benefits of using Enterprise Web Production (EWP) and Interwoven TeamSite software for organizations with business-critical websites. It provides testimonials from customers that have achieved higher productivity, lower costs, faster deployment of websites, and a competitive advantage through use of TeamSite. Key benefits mentioned include rapid and cost-effective content management, empowering content providers, and efficiently using resources to produce websites and updates every 2 minutes.
Airline social media interactions vary significantly by region and airline. European airlines tend to have much higher response rates to customer tweets and messages than US-based airlines. Examples showed that airlines like Delta, KLM and Virgin provide quick and helpful responses, while others like Alitalia provide no response at all or cannot resolve customer issues. How airlines handle social interactions can strongly impact customer satisfaction.

InstaBRAND is an 37 page eBook written by Christian Adams for brand and social media managers on the growing trend and importance of crafting a visual storytelling experience.
The document discusses trends in telecom, internet, and cloud services. It notes that global internet traffic has increased more than 5-fold in the last 5 years and will surpass 1 zettabyte in 2016. Traditional telecom services are facing challenges from over-the-top players as telecom revenues grow more slowly than internet traffic. However, telecom providers are exploring new strategies like tiered data plans and industry-focused services to improve revenue growth. The cloud market is growing rapidly at 26-40% annually but represents a small portion of total telecom revenues currently. Going forward, telecom providers must focus on capturing new opportunities in areas like cloud, Internet of Things, big data analytics, and digital media

CYBER SECURITY ENHANCEMENT IN NIGERIA. A CASE STUDY OF SIX STATES IN THE NORT...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: Security plays an important role in human life and endeavors. Securing information and
disseminating are critical challenges in the present day. This study aimed at identifying innovative technologies
that aid cybercrimes and can constitute threats to cybersecurity in North Central (Middle Belt) Nigeria covering
its six States and the FCT Abuja. A survey research design was adopted. The researchers employed the use of
Google form in administering the structured questionnaire. The instruments were faced validated by one expert
each from ICT and security. Cronbach Alpha reliability Coefficient was employed and achieved 0.83 level of
coefficient. The population of the study was 200, comprising 100 undergraduate students from computer science
and Computer/Robotics Education, 80 ICT instructors, technologists and lecturers in the University and
Technical Colleges in the Middle Belt Nigeria using innovative technologies for their daily jobs and 20 officers
of the crime agency such as: Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC) andEconomic and Financial
Crimes Commission (EFCC). Three research purposes and questions as well as the hypothesis guided the study
on Five (5) point Likert scale. Data collected were analyzed using mean and standard deviation for the three
research questions while three hypotheses were tested using t-test at 0.05 level of significance. Major findings
revealed that serious steps are needed to better secure the cybers against cybercrimes. Motivation, types, threats
and strategies for the prevention of cybercrimes were identified. The study recommends that government,
organizations and individuals should place emphasis on moral development, regular training of its employees,
regular update of software, use strong password, back up data and information, produce strong cybersecurity
policy, install antivirus soft and security surveillance (CCTV) in offices in order to safeguard its employees and
properties from being hacked and vandalized.

On Storytelling & Magic Realism in Rushdie’s Midnight’s Children, Shame, and ...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: Salman Rushdie’s novels are humorous books about serious times. His cosmopolitanism and
hybrid identity allowed him access to multiple cultures, religions, languages, dialects, and various modes of
writing. His style is often classified as magic realism, blending the imaginary with the real. He draws
inspiration from both English literature and Indian classical sources. Throughout his works, there is a lineage of
‘bastards of history’, a carnival of shameful characters scrolling all along his works. Rushdie intertwines fiction
with reality, incorporating intertextual references to Western literature in his texts, and frequently employing
mythology to explore history. This paper focuses on Rushdie’s three novels: Midnight’s Children, Shame, and
Haroun and the Sea of Stories, analyzing his postmodern storytelling techniques that aim to explore human
vices and follies while offering socio-political criticism.
