Introduction :-
Liposomes are vesicular structures composed of a lipid bilayer. These vesicular structures can be used as a vehicle for administration of nutrients and drugs.
Liposomes are concentric bilayered vesicles in which an aqueous volume is entirely enclosed by a membranous lipid bilayer.
Liposomes consist of Cholesterol, Phospholipid and drug molecule
Classification of Liposomes :-
Small Unilamellar (SUV) [20-100nm]
Medium Unilamellar (MUV)
Large Unilamellar (LUV) [>100nm]
Giant Unilamellar (GUV) [>1μm]
Multi Lamellar Vesicles (MLV) [0.5nm]
Oligolamellar Vesicles (OLV)
Multi Vesicular (MV) [>1μm]
ADVANTAGES
Provides selective passive targeting to tumor tissues.
Increased efficacy and therapeutic index.
Increased stability via encapsulation.
Reduction in toxicity of the encapsulated agents.
Improved pharmacokinetic effects (reduced elimination, increased circulation life times).
DISADVANTAGES
low solubility
short half life
high production cost
less stability
leakage and fusion of encapsulated drug
sometimes the phospholipid layer undergoes oxidation and hydrolysis reaction
Methods of Preparation of Liposomes
1 Mechanical Dispersion Method
Lipid film hydration by
hand shaken MLVs
Micro emulsification
Sonication
French pressure cell
Dried reconstituted vesicles
Membrane Extrusion Method
2 Solvent Dispersion Method
Ethanol injection
Ether injection
Double emulsion vesicles
Reverse phase
evaporation vesicles
3 Detergent Removal Method

Targeted or site specific DDS refers to systems that place the drug at or near the receptor site or site of action.
Is a method of delivering medication to a patient in a manner that increases the concentration of the medication in some parts of the body relative to others.
The goal of a targeted drug delivery system is to prolong, localize, target and have a protected drug interaction with the diseased tissue.
The main objective of drug targeting is to achieve a desired pharmacological response by interacting only at a selected site with out undesirable interaction at other sites; and there by minimize side effects.

5. Che cosa è lo spread trading
Lo spread trading è una strategia NON
direzionale che mira a studiare la forza
relativa di 2 strumenti come EURUSD VS
GBPUSD
alcuni concetti come:
l Correlazioni dirette (positive)
l Volatilità durante le news
7. Che cosa è lo spread trading
Lo spread trading applica uno studio di:
l Stop Loss sul portafoglio
l Take Profit sul portafoglio
l
l in relazione al Drawdown storico

http://www.myfxbook.com/forex-market/correlation
21. Come sfruttare le correlazioni
22.
23. DOMANDA
Come fa il trader a capire
dove mettersi SELL e dove
mettersi BUY?
corretto utilizziamo alcuni indicatori come:
l MT4 Correlation
l Spread Force indicator
l Spread Trend indicator
26. Indicatore Spread Force
Lo Spread Force calcola il trend della
differenza di prezzo, ovvero ci indica quale
dei 2 sottostanti ha più forza nella direzione
Rialzista (o Ribassista)
28. Indicatore Spread Force
29. Indicatore Spread Force
decrescente.
Quindi ho tracciato Fibonacci per vedere fino
a dove potrebbe spingersi il ritracciamento in
corso.
30. Indicatore Spread Force
spread
