2. Ethics of Owners and Coaches
- I believe that at times coaches and owners have even worse
sportsmanship than their players.
- Cheating, scams, spying, lying, and much more.
- However some coaches and owners are the best examples of
good sportsmanship.
- For example head coach of the Seahawks Pete Carroll shows
good sportsmanship by building his team up and giving
compliments even when they were behind by over four

4. Ethics in Health and Safety
- In my opinion the health and safety policies in many sports
need to change. The ethics behind the way coaches are
treating players injuries is completely a disgrace
- Also some rules are missing in certain sports that are making
them dangerous.
- For example 1 in 3 men who play professional football will
develop or have some type of brain injury after their career.
- Also men every year die due to overdose on meds that the
coaches and team provide for them so they can continue
playing.

6. Ethics in Athletes and Community
- Athletes are the most important people to show good
sportsmanship I think.
- It is extremely important to be courteous and fair during any
type of competition, and also be respectful, and kind if you lose.
- When athletes show good sportsmanship it reflects on their
community in a good way. However it also works the opposite.
- For example Earl Thomas player for the Seahawks
congratulated the Vikings team and quarterback Teddy

8. Ethics in Fan Behavior
- I believe that a lot of fans can definitely get out of control. However I think
that most fans are just there for support of their team or player.
- Destruction and violence within groups of fans in my opinion is unacceptable
and disturbing.
- The fans are supposed to be supportive, cheerful people.
- They are very obligated to show good sportsmanship because if not the
players/teams playing could feel bad about themselves.
- Also i believe that rules for inappropriate fans are very justified and I hope
they create more to protect the athletes from any unsportsmanlike behavior.
10. Future for Sportsmanship
- I honestly believe that sportsmanship will continue
to decrease in many aspects of sports.
- However with small policy changes and added
rules, players with no sense of sportsmanship will
face penalties for unsportsmanlike behavior like
very long suspensions,and team expulsions.
- Also I have heard many stories on the NFL and
NBA and WNBA changing rules for ethics and
conduct.
- I think that if people realize that bad
sportsmanship is a real huge problem that it can
