- 1. Spiretec Ashish Bhalla After Noida, its Nauroji Nagar in New Delhi to have WTC After getting its first WTC in Noida, the Delhi NCR will soon have another WTC. The upcoming commercial hub at Nauroji Nagar in South Delhi is the new address of World Trade Centre. National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC), the developing body of the 12 commercial towers spread across 3.2 million sq ft of area, received the licence to use the name of WTC from World Trade Centre Association (WTCA), New York after paying a one-time licence fee. These licences to use WTC name is given only to those complexes which meet the pre-defined parameters such as office complex, retail space, auditorium, food court and conferencing facilities. one who owns a space in any of the WTC get access for any event at adiscounted charge in any of the WTC complexes across the world. There are, altogether, 21 complexes that have got the WTC tag, only five of them are operational as of now in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Noida and Kochi. Out of all 21 WTC projects, Viridian RED has got the license to develop 13 projects. Three of WTC projects under Viridian RED's banner are under construction and development in Noida, Chandigarh and Gift City respectively. The WTC Noida project is in its final phase, where two phases are already developed, delivered and operational. Rest eight WTC projects under the Viridian RED's banner are in the planning phase. Viridian RED is the real estate division of Viridian Group, owned and operated by Mr. Ashish Bhalla. With a robust planning and execution team, Viridian Group plans to launch the other WTC projects shortly.
