The upcoming commercial hub at Nauroji Nagar in South Delhi will be the new location of the World Trade Centre (WTC) in the Delhi NCR region, after the WTC in Noida. The National Buildings Construction Corporation received a license from the World Trade Centre Association to use the WTC name for its 12 commercial towers covering 3.2 million square feet in Nauroji Nagar, having met pre-defined parameters. There are currently 21 WTC complex projects globally, though only 5 are operational, including in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Noida and Kochi. Viridian RED has the license to develop 13 of these 21 WTC projects.
