21. Highly Qualified faculty Dr.Catherine Reily is associate professor and chair of the International M.S. in CED program and a Senior Research Fellow at the Applied Research Center in CED. Ph.D., MPA, Harvard University; B.A., Stanford University. A political economist, she has conducted research, training, and technical assistance on public policy, economics, democratization and governance, gender and HIV/AIDS for the following organizations: the Harvard Institute for International Development, UNIFEM, UNFPA, UNDP, the Asian Development Bank, USAID, the governments of Mali, Zambia, and Uganda, and the Kennedy School of Government Dr Massood V. Samii is the professor and Chair of International Business and Strategy at the Graduate School of Business of Southern New Hampshire University. He is also a senior lecturer at the department of Civil and Environment Engineering of MIT. Prior to SNHU he was withthe Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, where he did research on global energy and oil markets. He served OPEC Secretariat in Vienna Austria for a number of years as a senior economist and the head of finance section.
