The South haven park district is offering new spring seminars for seniors, teens, and adults. For seniors, quilting seminars provide donated fabrics and sewing machines, while tai chi classes involve gentle warmups, 12 slow movements, and cool downs. Teens can take sailing to sail 30-foot boats in their first class or one of three levels of fencing. Adults can learn cooking techniques from a chef and enjoy dinners together in Almost Gourmet, or learn kickball techniques and rules.
