1. To create my fourth sound
effect for my GTA cut
sequenceI used multiple VST
which helped me create the
sound that I wanted.
I used the rain instrument to
start the kind of sound that I
was looking for but it was
not until I added the dblue
glitch VST that the sound
came together and created
the static feel that I wanted.
