Soltera Mining Corp. announces that it has received approval of the Environmental Impact Statement for two areas, Mina Palca Ingenio and El Torno Sur, at its El Torno Gold Project in Jujuy, Argentina. The El Torno Gold Project covers 7,863 hectares and contains approximately half of the identified gold drilling targets. Receiving the environmental approval is an important step for Soltera to commence its planned drill program to determine the quantity and distribution of gold below surface at the project. The project has potential for vein gold in a large quartz vein system and dispersed gold in small vein systems that could be open-pit targets.

Soltera Mining Receives Environmental Impact Statement “EIS” Approval
Jujuy, Argentina - May 24, 2013 - Soltera Mining Corp. (OTC: SLTA.PK) (www.solteramining.com)
announces that the Jujuy Department of Mining and Energy Resources has approved the Environmental
Impact Statement ("EIS") for Mina Palca Ingenio and El Torno Sur areas at the El Torno Gold Project in
Jujuy, Argentina.
The El Torno Gold Project consists of five mining rights covering a total of 7,863 hectares located in the
Andean Cordillera in the mining friendly north-western province of Jujuy, Argentina near the international
border with Bolivia.
The areas covered by these EIS approvals, Mina Palca Ingenio and El Torno Sur, contain approximately
half of the gold anomalous zones considered as priority drill targets at El Torno. Approval of the EIS for
El Torno Norte, still pending, will give Soltera drilling access to 100% of the six highly prospective gold
target areas identified at El Torno.
Fabio Montanari, President/CEO states, “Old workings and drilling done in the 1990’s by Puma and
Peñoles show that gold occurs to at least 100 meters below surface, but drilling is absolutely essential to
ascertain its quantity and distribution. Gaining these EIS approvals is a critical step towards the

The El Torno Gold Project has potential for world-class gold deposits of two types; vein gold in a very
large quartz vein system that extends intermittently north-south for 14 km and has been worked
underground in the past, and dispersed gold in suites of small veins and stockworks that are separate
from the main system and appear to be major open-pit targets.
