- 1. SOLAR WATER BULB IN LOW COST HOUSES In India majority of people are leaving in the village. Maximum strength is of either middle class or poor people. No need to go in the details of numbers! So many people are getting rest below a house covered with either GI sheet cover or Manglore tiles Roofs. Now if these people are using Electric light during day hours, solar Water Bulb is the best option if light is not coming in the room below GI(Galvanized Iron) sheet or Manglore tiles. Simple steps: 1. Make a hole in the roof sheet with cutter accurately some what bigger than bottle. 2. Fix bottle in additional roof sheet before hand with proper cutting and seal with water proofing material. 3. Now insert bottle in the hole, fill the gap between bottle and GI sheet with some water-proof material so that water will not enter below the roof. 4. One third bottle is above roof and two third is inside the roof. 5. For safety, cap should be seal with same water-proofing material. 6. The bottle of about 2 liter capacity can be used. 7. The simple principle is that, the sun rays scatter through water and give light just like bulb.
