  • #5 How are you communicating with family, colleagues, and acquaintances? What about that younger generation? How do they stay in touch. As we stated, who is going to be your next set of customers?
  • #7 First off, I want to apologize if anyone thought this would be a presentation/interview about using social media. It IS NOT. Ok, ok, we will talk about how you can use social media a bit later, but it is much more important and critical to using all communication tools successfully to think about… NOT IN HANDOUT

Ok, ok, we will talk about how you can use social media a bit later, but it is much more important and critical to using all communication tools successfully to think about…
  • #9 How do you want to appear? What do people tend to do when they have someone’s “ear”…? Yes, complain. They also tend to share big “events” or problems they have to as wide an audience as they can. Ok, not everyone. Story about the agenct’s cousin. Getting out in front of a client’s friends and contact and showing them how good you are.
  • #11 More of the same, just another way to do it. We will never lose what we have always had and what we know works. A handshake will always be a handshake, but the online interactions can bring about some of the same sentiment if used correctly.
  • #12 Add poll question. From the resources page.
  • #13 Privacy – none, it’s public… And, they are not responsible for the content that users may put up. And they can use anything that you put up… They do have a privacy policy concerning the identity, etc. of the users though.

  • #15 Can be overwhelming.
  • #16 How many were affected by recent hurricanes?
