This document announces an informational workshop for teens and parents on social media safety tips covering best practices, ethics, privacy, and security and legal issues regarding popular social networking platforms. The workshop will be held on either Wednesday, August 22nd from 6-9 pm or Saturday, September 22nd from 9am-12pm at the Merced College Business Resource Center. Registration costs $30 for adults and $10 for youth under 18, and can be completed by calling or registering online.
