This document outlines three methods for assessing the impact of a health program: a mixed methods evaluation using surveys, focus group discussions, and key informant interviews; a norms assessment using a standardized scale; and measuring health behaviors and outcomes. It also describes two approaches for supervision - an external supportive supervision using a checklist and assessing facilitation skills, reach, and exposure; and an internal significant change technique that is participatory and part of the change process.
