1. SOW ‐ PHP (DRUPAL) Consultant
 Work closely with Manager and Technical Member of Front End team to
understand and analyze the requirements for Implementation of Projects and
Change Requests.
 The candidate must have a strong background in website design and
development. Min 8+ years of website development and design experience is
required.
 The candidate must have completed minimum two end‐to‐end implementation of
DRUPAL
 The candidate must have migrated websites from other technology to DRUPAL
 The candidate with Symfony‐2 Framework experience will be preferred
 Advanced knowledge of HTML, DHTML, XHTML, CSS
 The candidate must be able to monitor industry trends, technologies, standards
and be able to research, recommend on the developments of Drupal.
 Ability to address HTML and scripting compatibility issues between different
browsers.
 Knowledge on ColdFusion is advantage
 Estimates the level of effort for potential work and document the assumptions
behind those estimates.
 Follows the INSEAD IT processes & aligns to best practices for all the phases of SDLC
and web development.
 Monitors and updates ITSM tool when issues are logged by the users; validates
issue, analyzes, determines solution.
 Following good coding standards, documenting work and preparing release notes.
 Must ensure good quality of deliverable by doing an exhaustive impact analysis ,
unit tests, functionality test and document the test results.
 Ability to work independently and execute web development tasks
 Ability to co‐ordinate with other IT Units and Business for delivery the tasks
 Ability to effectively communicate and work with all levels of staff including Senior
Management
