ديوان شعري عن ثورة 25 يناير
تناول الديوان ثورة الخامس والعشرين من يناير بشكل مغاير؛ إذ عرضت أربعة عشر قصيدة ضمها قسم واحد بعنوان "حالة تحرير" الثورة المصرية، كما عرض القسم الثاني "من وجع الفتى" أوضاع ما قبل الثورة؛ أي أن الديوان قسم إلى قسمين:
القسم الأول: قد وضعت قصائد الميدان تحت عنوان حالة تحرير وهي 12 قصيدة عن الثورة المصري وواحدة عن ثورة ليبيا ثم قصيدة عمودية (نشيد الأحرار) رتبت كالتالي:
1. إنجازات الثورة (الدعوة عامة – أشلاء هامان) باعتبار أن أكبر مطلبين هما أولاً: الإطاحة بالاستبداد وتولي الشعب حكم نفسه، ثانيًا: إسقاط أمن الدولة بوصفه المرسخ الأكبر للاستبداد الذي نعيشه وقد جزئ هذا النص إلى ثلاثة عناوين: سري وخطير ويتعرض لبعض انتهاكات هذا الجهاز، طللية وتتعرض لما كان داخل الجهاز من أماكن وآليات للتعذيب، اعتراف بالموت، وهي حوار أحد المعتقلين مع نفسه داخل زنزانة تشبه القبر.
2. أهم الأحداث ونبوءة النصر: موقعة الجمل، وهي موازاة رمزية بين موقعة الجمل إذ كان التركيز على قتل الجمل سبب النصر الأكبر، وبين ما جرى حيث كان ظهور الجمال والخيول ذروة انهيار النظام السابق من حيث قُدِّر النصر.
3. الزمان والمكان: يناير العظيم، مع استدعاء الثورات المصرية فيه وقد تم اختيار مظاهرات 1968 المطالبة لعبد الناصر بدخول الحرب ويناير 1972 التي طالبت السادات بنفس الطلب مع تغير لهجة الخطاب، ويناير 2011 وفيها خطاب ساخر يطالب السابق بالاستمرار فيما كان يفعله.
هنا القاهرة: يتحدث النص عن تفرد القاهرة عن المدن فلم يبق بينها وبين طروادة (مدينة الشهداء في الإلياذة والأوديسا) إلا شهيد واحد، بينما بينها وبين روما (المدينة التي احترقت بالكامل على يد نيرون) حريق واحد، إلا أنها تنفرد بصبرها وسحره وبشغفها بالعجائب.
4. القصائد الميدانية: الحكم للميدان – الميدان تحرير – طردية – زمن الأساطير.
5. رسائل التحذير والتحدي: فرسان الساحات الخالية – البس بلوفرك السميك- لك الخيار – الم

The present study was carried out to evaluate the occurrence of association between homocysteine, and vitamin B12 in patients with Preeclampsia , Eclampsia and those with history of previous PIH. 30 such patients from obstetric ward were studied for estimation of serum homocysteine, and vitamin B12 over a period of Jan10 to Jun 2011. Serum homocysteine and vitamin B12 were determined by means of Immulite 1000 analyzer. The statistical analysis of study group of preeclampsia compared with normotensive control group, showed significant alterations in serum homocysteine, and vitamin B12 concentrations in preeclampsia and eclampsia group. Inverse association between serum homocysteine and vitamin B12 levels were observed in preeclampsia and eclampsia. The present study found hyperhomocysteinemia and deficiency of vitamin B12 along with increased blood pressure as a risk factor in preeclampsia. Final outcome of these patients after Inj Vitamin B12 therapy has improved at par with control group without any neonatal or maternal mortality in all four groups 20120630 internet medical journal: medical pearls

Background: Controlled ovarian hyper stimulation (COH) combined with intrauterine insemination (IUI), using a volume of 0.5 mail of inseminate is commonly offered to couples with non tubal infertility. Another method is Fallopian tube sperm perfusion (FSP) which is based on a pressure injection of 4 ml of sperm suspension while attempting to seal the cervix to prevent semen reflux. This technique ensures the presence of higher sperm density in the fallopian tubes at the time of ovulation than standard IUI. The aim of this study was to compare the efficiency of IUI and FSP in the treatment of infertility.
Methods: 200 consecutive patients with infertility in 404 stimulated cycles were included in the study. Those randomized to standard IUI included 100 patients in 184 cycles [158 Clomiphene citrate/human menopausal gonadotrophin cycles and 26 Letrozole/FSH cycles exclusively for polycystic ovarian disease patients] (group A). Patients subjected to FSP included 100 patients in 220 cycles (193 Clomiphene citrate/human menopausal gonadotrophin cycles and 27 Letrozole/FSH cycles exclusively for polycystic ovarian disease patients] (group B). Swim up semen preparation technique was used in all cases. Insemination was performed in both groups 34-37 hours after hCG administration. Standard IUI was performed using 0.5 ml of inseminate. In FSP 4ml inseminate was used.
Results: In group A (184 IUI cycles in 100 patients), 22 clinical pregnancies (presence of gestational sac with fetal cardiac activity) occurred (11.95% per cycle over four cycles). In group B, (220 cycles of FSP in 100 patients), 48 clinical pregnancies occurred (21.81%per cycle over four cycles) and this difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).
Conclusions: For non-tubal sub fertility, the results indicate clear benefit for FSP (Fallopian tube sperm perfusion) over IUI (Intrauterine insemination).

Recomendações da OMS sobre cuidados maternos e neonatais para uma experiência pós-natal positiva.
Em consonância com os ODS – Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustentável e a Estratégia Global para a Saúde das Mulheres, Crianças e Adolescentes, e aplicando uma abordagem baseada nos direitos humanos, os esforços de cuidados pós-natais devem expandir-se para além da cobertura e da simples sobrevivência, de modo a incluir cuidados de qualidade.
Estas diretrizes visam melhorar a qualidade dos cuidados pós-natais essenciais e de rotina prestados às mulheres e aos recém-nascidos, com o objetivo final de melhorar a saúde e o bem-estar materno e neonatal.
Uma “experiência pós-natal positiva” é um resultado importante para todas as mulheres que dão à luz e para os seus recém-nascidos, estabelecendo as bases para a melhoria da saúde e do bem-estar a curto e longo prazo. Uma experiência pós-natal positiva é definida como aquela em que as mulheres, pessoas que gestam, os recém-nascidos, os casais, os pais, os cuidadores e as famílias recebem informação consistente, garantia e apoio de profissionais de saúde motivados; e onde um sistema de saúde flexível e com recursos reconheça as necessidades das mulheres e dos bebês e respeite o seu contexto cultural.
Estas diretrizes consolidadas apresentam algumas recomendações novas e já bem fundamentadas sobre cuidados pós-natais de rotina para mulheres e neonatos que recebem cuidados no pós-parto em unidades de saúde ou na comunidade, independentemente dos recursos disponíveis.
É fornecido um conjunto abrangente de recomendações para cuidados durante o período puerperal, com ênfase nos cuidados essenciais que todas as mulheres e recém-nascidos devem receber, e com a devida atenção à qualidade dos cuidados; isto é, a entrega e a experiência do cuidado recebido. Estas diretrizes atualizam e ampliam as recomendações da OMS de 2014 sobre cuidados pós-natais da mãe e do recém-nascido e complementam as atuais diretrizes da OMS sobre a gestão de complicações pós-natais.
O estabelecimento da amamentação e o manejo das principais intercorrências é contemplada.

Overall life span (LS) was 1671.7±1721.6 days and cumulative 5YS reached 62.4%, 10 years – 50.4%, 20 years – 44.6%. 94 LCP lived more than 5 years without cancer (LS=2958.6±1723.6 days), 22 – more than 10 years (LS=5571±1841.8 days). 67 LCP died because of LC (LS=471.9±344 days). AT significantly improved 5YS (68% vs. 53.7%) (P=0.028 by log-rank test). Cox modeling displayed that 5YS of LCP significantly depended on: N0-N12, T3-4, blood cell circuit, cell ratio factors (ratio between cancer cells-CC and blood cells subpopulations), LC cell dynamics, recalcification time, heparin tolerance, prothrombin index, protein, AT, procedure type (P=0.000-0.031). Neural networks, genetic algorithm selection and bootstrap simulation revealed relationships between 5YS and N0-12 (rank=1), thrombocytes/CC (rank=2), segmented neutrophils/CC (3), eosinophils/CC (4), erythrocytes/CC (5), healthy cells/CC (6), lymphocytes/CC (7), stick neutrophils/CC (8), leucocytes/CC (9), monocytes/CC (10). Correct prediction of 5YS was 100% by neural networks computing (error=0.000; area under ROC curve=1.0).
